Nivetix Agency provides premium digital technology solutions including custom software development, SaaS platforms, AI automation systems, and enterprise UI/UX design. Exact scopes, limitations, and deliverables are defined per individual client contracts.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment deployment, clients receive ownership of the specific bespoke deliverables as defined in their contract. Nivetix Agency retains rights to all pre-existing internal frameworks and base architectures.

4. Limitation of Liability

Nivetix Agency and its developers shall not be explicitly liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential business damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our deployed digital infrastructure.
